Are you ready for a fun and exciting NFL Flag Football experience?

Chosen 1 Sports is proud to offer a 6-practice/5-game season, held on Sundays in a 5 vs. 5, non-contact, recreational format. We offer co-ed divisions, and strive to create an exceptional environment for both first-time players and experienced athletes looking to enhance their skills.

Program Highlights

Practice and Game Format:
Games run between 12:00 PM - 5:00 PM on Sundays (subject to changes based on field availability and league size).
Practices are held one hour before game time for convenience.
Coaches may hold additional weekday practices as needed.
No Tryouts: Everyone gets to participate and enjoy the game!
Team Sizes: Limited to 10 players per team to maximize playing time.

Participants receive an official NFL reversible jersey and flag belt to keep! (Please refer to the updated NFL FLAG sizing chart when registering.)

Playoffs & Awards

Lombardi Division (Pre-K - 1st): Top 4 teams compete for trophies/medals. Others receive participation medals.
Shula Division (2nd - 4th): Top 4 teams compete for trophies/medals. Others receive participation medals.
Madden Division ( 5th, 6th) /(7th- 8th): Top 4 teams compete. Only 1st and 2nd place receive awards.
Wilcox Division (9th - 12th): All-Girls division compete for 1st and 2nd place awards.
Wilcox Division (9th - 12th): All-Boys division compete for 1st and 2nd place awards.

Important Information

Volunteer Coaches Needed: We encourage parents to volunteer as Head Coach, Assistant Coach, or Team Manager during registration. Comprehensive resources and training will be provided.

Fees:

A 3.4% processing fee and $3.00 service fee apply.

Refund Policy:

No refunds after February 20, 2026.

April 5 , 2026 : No Game (Spring Break)
April 12 , 2026: Third Game
April 19, 2026 : Fourth Game
April 26 , 2026: Championship Sunday & Picture Day
May 2, 2026: May 4, 2025: (Atlanta Falcons NFL Flag Regional Weekend)
May 10, 2026: Makeup Date (if needed for weather delays or conflicts)
